This website describes Workly, a product that is still being built. There is no live marketplace yet. The people, companies, projects and results shown in the product demos are fictional examples, not real users, customers or testimonials.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn’t create an account, and it isn’t a contract for us to provide any service. We may contact you about early access, but we can’t promise that you will get access, when, or on what terms. You can ask to leave the waitlist at any time.

Using the site

Please give accurate details, only sign up on your own behalf, and don’t misuse the site — for example by submitting spam or automated sign-ups, probing for vulnerabilities, or trying to disrupt it.

The text, design and code of this site belong to The Workly team. You’re welcome to link to it and share it.

No guarantees

The site is provided “as is”. The product, its features and its timeline are described in good faith, but they may change before launch.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
