Workly is a pre-launch project. This page explains what this website and its early-access waitlist collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This site is operated by The Workly team (“we”, “us”). To reach us about anything on this page, email us at hello@nentiq.com.
What we collect
- Your waitlist sign-up. Your name, email address, whether you’re joining as a freelancer or a client, your role or discipline, and what you tell us about your biggest problem today. If you answer our follow-up question, we also record whether you’re open to a short conversation.
- How you found us. The campaign or website that referred you (for example a link tag or referring site) and which button on the page led you to the form. This is stored with your sign-up.
- Anonymous page events. To learn whether the idea resonates, we record a small set of events — such as “page viewed”, “button clicked”, “section reached”, “form started” and “form submitted” — with the page address, referral source and a rough device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). These events are not linked to your name or email.
- A short-lived visit ID. So we can tell one visitor from ten page refreshes, your browser generates a random ID and keeps it in session storage for the duration of your visit. It is discarded when you close the tab, it is never sent to anyone else, and it is not derived from your device, your network or anything else about you — we cannot recognise you from it on a later visit. We also store a single yes/no flag saying this browser has been here before; it holds no ID, date or history, so two visits can never be linked to each other.
- Spam protection. To limit abuse of the form, we keep short-lived counters keyed by a one-way, salted hash of your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored, and the counters are deleted automatically, normally within a day.
We don’t use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising networks or third-party analytics, and we don’t ask for phone numbers, passwords, payment details or files. The two items of browser storage described above are the only things this site keeps on your device, and clearing your site data removes them.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access, onboarding and launch.
- If you said yes, to invite you to a short research conversation.
- To understand, in aggregate, whether the product is wanted and how to improve it.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on your consent (you choose to join the waitlist) and on our legitimate interest in understanding demand and protecting the site.
Where it’s stored
The website and its database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1), which processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details for as long as the early-access programme runs, or until you ask us to remove them — whichever comes first. Anonymous events are kept only as long as they are useful for understanding demand.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your waitlist details at any time, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email us at hello@nentiq.com.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
